My companionship service provides adults with scheduled, one-on-one telephone conversations in a private and comfortable setting. I created this service for people from different backgrounds, lifestyles, professions, locations, and relationship statuses who simply appreciate conversation and human connection. You may be single, married, divorced, separated, widowed, dating, traveling for business, working late hours, living alone, or simply looking for somebody new and interesting to talk to. Your relationship status does not determine whether this service is for you.

HOW OUR COMPANIONSHIP SERVICE WORKS

 

We designed my companionship service to be straightforward. You select the amount of conversation time you would like, complete my client information and conversation-preference form, submit payment through the approved payment option provided on my website, and request your preferred appointment date and time. Once your appointment is accepted and confirmed, you will receive the information necessary for your scheduled conversation.

 

All appointments are subject to availability. Payment alone does not guarantee that a particular companion, date, or time will be available. When a requested appointment cannot be accommodated, we will work with you to identify another available appointment time, companion, credit, or refund when appropriate under my policies.

 

Our companionship service is primarily provided by appointment. This allows me to properly coordinate clients and companions rather than promising immediate or around-the-clock availability that may not exist.

 

PRIVATE COMPANIONSHIP PRICING

 

We want clients to have the flexibility to choose a conversation length that fits their schedule and budget. Our proposed individual call packages are 10 minutes for $15, 20 minutes for $25, 30 minutes for $35, 60 minutes for $65, 90 minutes for $90, and 120 minutes for $120.

 

For clients who enjoy the service and want additional conversation time, we may also offer prepaid conversation packages. A 3-Hour Conversation Bank is $165, a 5-Hour Conversation Bank is $250, and a 10-Hour VIP Conversation Bank is $450. Conversation-bank time may be divided among multiple scheduled appointments and must be used within the applicable period stated when purchased. Preferred-companion and priority-scheduling requests are always subject to availability.

 

Prices are subject to change. The price displayed and accepted at the time of purchase controls that particular reservation.

 

WHO CAN USE MY SERVICE

 

My Private Companionship Call Service is exclusively for adults age 18 and older. By booking, paying for, participating in, or otherwise using my service, you represent and certify that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into the transaction.

 

I reserve the right to request reasonable age or identity verification when necessary for safety, fraud prevention, payment verification, or compliance purposes. Refusing required verification may result in cancellation of an appointment.

 

Our service is available to adults regardless of whether they are single, dating, engaged, married, separated, divorced, widowed, or prefer not to disclose their relationship status. Relationship-status information requested through my intake process is optional unless it becomes necessary for a particular service or legal requirement.

 

LOCATION & SERVICE AREA

 

Because this is a telephone-based service, clients may be able to participate from many locations without traveling or inviting another person into their homes. When completing my intake form, I may ask for your city, state, country, and time zone so that I can properly schedule your appointment and determine whether the service can legally and operationally be provided in your location.

 

Providing your general location does not mean that we need your home address for an ordinary telephone conversation. We believe in collecting only information reasonably necessary to provide, administer, secure, and document my services.

 

Availability may vary by location, time zone, companion availability, payment-processing requirements, and applicable law.

 

WHAT WE CAN TALK ABOUT

 

Our companionship calls are intended to provide social conversation, entertainment, personal interaction, and attentive listening between adults. Conversations may naturally include everyday life, work, careers, entrepreneurship, business, relationships, dating, marriage, divorce, family experiences, travel, food, music, movies, television, sports, hobbies, goals, motivation, accomplishments, frustrations, personal experiences, popular culture, or other lawful subjects mutually comfortable for the client and companion.

 

Some clients may want a lighthearted conversation. Others may want somebody to listen after a difficult day. Some may enjoy humor, intellectual conversation, motivational conversation, relationship discussion, or playful and flirtatious adult conversation. We recognize that every client and every companion is different. No particular subject, personality, response, level of personal disclosure, or conversational style is guaranteed.

 

Most importantly, both people participating in the conversation have boundaries. A client may decline a topic, and a companion may decline a topic. Purchasing time does not purchase unlimited access to another person's private life or eliminate that person's right to establish boundaries.

 

WHAT MY SERVICE IS - AND WHAT IT IS NOT

 

We provide telephone-based social companionship and entertainment. We do not represent ordinary companions as physicians, psychologists, therapists, psychiatrists, attorneys, financial advisers, crisis counselors, social workers, or other licensed professionals.

 

A companionship conversation should therefore never be treated as medical diagnosis, mental-health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, emergency intervention, or professional counseling unless the person providing that particular professional service is separately qualified and the service is expressly offered as such.

 

Our companionship service is also not an in-person dating, escort, prostitution, or sexual-contact service. Purchasing telephone conversation time does not purchase an in-person meeting, physical contact, sexual activity, romantic relationship, friendship, future communication, or access to a companion outside my authorized service.

 

RESPECT, CONSENT & PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES

 

We expect every interaction conducted through my service to remain respectful. Every companion retains control over their personal boundaries, and every client is entitled to reasonable boundaries as well. Consent to discuss one subject does not constitute consent to discuss every subject.

 

Payment never eliminates another person's right to say no, redirect a conversation, decline to answer a personal question, or terminate an interaction that violates company policy.

 

We do not tolerate threats, intimidation, stalking, harassment, coercion, discriminatory abuse, exploitation, repeated boundary violations, or attempts to obtain protected personal information. I also prohibit conversations or requests involving minors, human trafficking, nonconsensual sexual activity, credible threats of violence, or arrangements intended to facilitate unlawful conduct.

 

We reserve the right to immediately terminate a conversation when we reasonably determine that these rules have been violated.

 

PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

Your privacy is a priority.

 

Our existing Leisure Maid business model already emphasizes confidentiality and safety, including confidentiality surrounding transactions and appointments and protocols intended to protect both clients and service providers. We are carrying those principles into our Private Companionship Call Services.

 

Information collected through my companionship service may be used to schedule appointments, process or verify payments, communicate with clients, match clients with appropriate companions, administer customer service, prevent fraud, enforce company policies, address safety incidents, comply with applicable legal obligations, and operate the service.

 

We do not intend for companions to receive unnecessary personal information about clients. Likewise, clients are not entitled to unnecessary private information about companions. Professional aliases may be used to protect companion privacy.

 

Clients should never expect to receive a companion's home address, personal telephone number, financial information, government identification information, private social-media accounts, legal surname, workplace information, family information, or other protected personal information simply because they purchased conversation time.

 

NO UNAUTHORIZED RECORDING OR DISTRIBUTION

 

Privacy applies to the conversation itself. Clients may not secretly record, livestream, rebroadcast, reproduce, publish, sell, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit a companion's conversation or voice without legally sufficient authorization.

 

Our companions are likewise expected to respect client privacy and follow applicable company policies regarding recording, disclosure, and distribution.

 

Any recording performed by my company, if ever implemented, will be subject to applicable consent and privacy requirements. The existence of this provision does not mean that calls are automatically recorded.

 

PERSONAL INFORMATION & SAFETY

 

For everyone's protection, we strongly discourage clients and companions from exchanging personal addresses, passwords, banking information, Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, private account credentials, or other sensitive information during conversations.

 

A companion may use a professional name or alias. Clients must not attempt to circumvent my systems to discover a companion's private identity, location, personal telephone number, residence, employer, family members, or other nonpublic information.

 

Likewise, my companions should not pressure clients into revealing information that is unnecessary to the companionship experience.

 

CALL-TIME POLICY

 

Conversation time is reserved for a specific appointment window. A 60-minute appointment scheduled from 7:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. remains a 7:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m. reservation unless I approve an extension.

 

If you are late, your scheduled ending time ordinarily remains unchanged because the companion's remaining appointments and availability must be respected. If additional time is available, you may be offered an opportunity to purchase an extension.

 

If our companion is responsible for a significant delay, I will make reasonable efforts to provide the purchased conversation time, extend the appointment when feasible, issue an appropriate credit, or otherwise resolve the matter fairly.

 

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & MISSED CALLS

 

We understand that schedules change. When a client provides at least 24 hours' notice, we will generally permit the appointment to be rescheduled or provide an applicable company credit.

 

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, we may provide up to a 50% credit toward another appointment, depending on the circumstances. A client who fails to appear for a confirmed appointment without reasonable notice may forfeit the reservation and payment.

 

If we or the scheduled companion must cancel an appointment, I will provide reasonable options that may include another available companion, rescheduling, account credit, or an appropriate refund.

 

Repeated cancellations, chargebacks, abusive booking behavior, suspected fraud, or repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions or termination of access to my service.

 

REFUND POLICY

 

Because companionship calls involve reserving another person's time and providing a time-based service, conversation time that has already been provided is generally non-refundable.

 

We will review legitimate situations involving duplicate payments, significant company-caused technical failures, failure of the scheduled companion to appear, or material loss of purchased conversation time caused by my service.

Personality and chemistry are subjective. We cannot guarantee that every client and companion will have identical personalities, opinions, interests, or conversational chemistry. When a particular match is not ideal, we may attempt to identify a better companion for a future appointment rather than refund conversation time that was already delivered.

 

CLIENT CONDUCT POLICY

 

By purchasing or participating in my service, you agree to communicate respectfully and comply with my boundaries and safety requirements. You may not harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, exploit, blackmail, impersonate, discriminate against, or attempt to expose private information about a companion.

 

You may not use my service to arrange illegal activity, request unlawful conduct, facilitate exploitation, or circumvent my company's communication procedures. You may not attempt to pressure a companion into providing private contact information or continuing communication outside my service.

 

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate a call, block future reservations, or take other reasonable protective action when a client violates these requirements.

 

COMPANION RIGHTS

 

Our companions are people, not products. Payment purchases a defined amount of professional conversation time; it does not purchase ownership, control, obedience, personal information, affection, a relationship, or unrestricted access to another person.

 

A companion may establish reasonable boundaries, decline questions, redirect a conversation, decline future appointments, and terminate a conversation when company rules are violated.

 

We believe this principle protects both sides of the interaction and creates a better companionship experience.

 

ZERO-TOLERANCE SAFETY POLICY

 

We maintain a zero-tolerance approach toward serious threats, stalking, credible violence, exploitation, trafficking, conversations involving the sexual exploitation of minors, attempts to arrange unlawful sexual services, and other conduct that presents a serious safety or legal concern.

 

Depending upon the circumstances, I may terminate the conversation immediately, prohibit additional bookings, preserve appropriate business records, dispute a refund request related to client misconduct, or take other action reasonably necessary to protect my business, clients, companions, or others.

 

PAYMENT POLICY

 

All appointments must be paid through a payment method officially authorized and displayed by my company. We do not consider an appointment confirmed merely because a client sends money through an unauthorized payment method.

 

The name or description appearing on a client's payment statement may be determined by the payment processor and my registered merchant information.

 

By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you are purchasing telephone companionship and conversation time according to the package selected. Payment does not guarantee a particular conversational outcome, personal relationship, future communication, or service outside the purchased appointment.

 

PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

 

If you believe you were incorrectly charged, charged twice, or did not receive the service purchased, we ask that you contact me first so that I have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

 

Knowingly initiating a fraudulent chargeback after receiving the purchased service may result in suspension or permanent loss of booking privileges. I reserve the right to maintain reasonable transaction, scheduling, and service-delivery records for legitimate business and dispute-resolution purposes.

 

TECHNOLOGY & CONNECTION PROBLEMS

 

Telephone and internet systems are not perfect. If a call disconnects because of a temporary technical problem, the companion and client should make reasonable efforts to reconnect.

 

A brief interruption does not automatically constitute cancellation of an appointment. If a substantial portion of purchased time is lost because of a technical failure attributable to my service, I may provide replacement time, account credit, rescheduling, or another reasonable remedy.

 

We are not responsible for interruptions caused solely by a client's telephone, internet connection, depleted battery, blocked-number settings, carrier outage, or other equipment outside my reasonable control.

 

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION

 

Submitting an intake form or payment request does not necessarily mean an appointment has been accepted. An appointment is confirmed only after the client receives confirmation from my company.

 

Requested companions, dates, times, conversation styles, and special requests remain subject to availability and company approval.

 

My existing Leisure Maid service similarly recognizes special requests while explaining that particular requests cannot always be guaranteed. We use the same practical approach with companionship appointments.

 

RIGHT TO REFUSE OR DISCONTINUE SERVICE

 

We reserve the right to refuse, discontinue, restrict, or cancel service when reasonably necessary because of safety concerns, suspected fraud, payment problems, abusive behavior, policy violations, legal restrictions, companion availability, repeated no-shows, or other legitimate business reasons.

 

Nothing about purchasing a previous appointment guarantees that future appointments will be accepted.

 

AGE CERTIFICATION & AGREEMENT

 

By booking my Private Companionship Call Services, I certify that I am at least 18 years old, the information I submit is materially accurate, I am legally permitted to use the service from my location, and I understand the nature of the service I am purchasing.

 

By completing payment, I further acknowledge that I have reviewed and agree to the applicable Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Client Conduct Policy, Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy, and service rules displayed or incorporated into my website.

I understand that privacy is particularly important when someone is paying for private companionship. I designed this service so clients can enjoy conversation without having to publicly explain why they booked it.
