KITCHEN CLEANING:

• Clean and disinfect counter-tops

• Clean and shine appliances· Clean stove-top and burner pans

• Clean inside and outside of microwave

• Wipe down front of oven and refrigerator

• Wash cupboard fronts

• Wipe down table and chairs

• Scrub kitchen sink and fixtures

• Sweep and mop kitchen floor

BATHROOMS:

• Clean and disinfect sink, toilet, and tub - inside and out.

• Wipe down cabinet fronts.

• Clean and shine mirror, shower doors, and picture glass.

• Dust door frames, raised panels, window ledges, etc.

• Sweep and mop floor on hands  and knees.

BEDROOMS:

• Make bed with clean sheets. (includes master and 1 additional bed; additional beds $5.00 each)

• Dust furniture and nick-knacks.

• Vacuum floors and under beds, if possible.

THROUGHOUT HOUSE:

• Dust furniture, window ledges, frames, nick-knacks, and baseboards.

• Dust window blinds, as needed.

• High dust ceilings for cobwebs.

• Spot clean walls, doorjambs, and light switches for fingerprints.

• Clean mirrors, front and back door glass, and picture glass.

• Vacuum or sweep and mop all floors.

• Vacuum furniture including under cushions.

• Clean or dust hanging light fixtures and fans, as needed.

• Dust stairs, banister and railing.

• Clean or dust outside of fireplace and mantel.

• Empty all trash.

• We are dedicated to providing thorough cleaning services to our clients. While we cannot move furniture, we will make every effort to reach visible places with an extension duster or by hand. Our cleaners are not permitted to stand on a stool higher than 2 steps.

• For hard-to-reach areas such as chandeliers or vaulted ceiling fans, we offer specialized cleaning as part of our window cleaning services.

• Please note that the results of mini-blind cleaning may vary depending on the level of buildup. Excessive buildup may require an additional charge.

• We take precautions to minimize dust in the air, but some resettlement may occur after we leave.

• Please ensure that we have access to your home at the time of the scheduled cleaning appointment. If we are unable to gain access or are turned away, there is a $75 service fee.
